The details that bite
Installation is straightforward, but the details will trip you if you let them. Verify the voltage and connector at the terminal block, confirm lamp positioning against the reflector map, and set zone PID parameters to the emitter curve. Push a lamp hotter than its rating and you shorten its life and shift the spectrum. In humid plants, keep the quartz clean and dry to avoid uneven heating. Plan replacements around PM windows, and keep a matched set of lamps per zone so you don’t throw off the balance.
