You need new infrared lamps, but every brand seems to have its own weird voltage, a different length, or some proprietary connector that makes you want to pull your hair out. It’s a mess.
We got tired of that. So, we built our heater modules to be simple drop-in replacements. We focused on the actual physics of the heat and used standard electrical parts so they just work. For about 95% of the gear out there, you can just swap them in and get back to work.

Special IR radiator for PETC preform line

On a high-speed preform line, heating isn’t some background task you can set and forget. If you’re running a Sidel, Krones, SIPA, Husky, SACMI, or Nissei ASB blow molder, that heating tunnel has to nail a tight temperature window—fast.
Run preforms too cool and you get weak stretch, heavy crystallization, and a growing pile of rejects. Too hot, and you’re looking at wall thinning, haze, and necks that won’t behave. Either way, the line stops making money.
